Ashton is passionate about challenging patients of all ages with foundational exercise principles, turning simple movements into engaging challenges. She prides herself in creating individualized treatment plans with a full body approach to provide a high quality of care to patients of all ages utilizing techniques such as dry needling, advanced manual therapy techniques, cupping, instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilizations, blood flow restriction, spinal and extremity mobilizations and manipulations and taping techniques. She has a passion for helping athletes of all ages and those who wish to maintain an active lifestyle. When not in the clinic, Ashton enjoys spending time with her husband, Michael, and their son, Keaton. She loves paddleboarding, kayaking, hiking, playing various sports and exploring the various breweries and new attractions in Charleston.
